Central to this initiative is the formation of Aether Innovations Group Limited with a restructured Executive Board of Directors, comprising a Chairman, CFO, COO, Chief Scientific Officer, and Head of Marketing.
The newly established leadership team will drive AIG’s transformation, leveraging our groundbreaking MLSE® technology (Multiplexed Laser Surface Enhancement) to build a world-class, globally competitive organization that sets new standards in the textile industry.
Our main goal is to ensure the group’s financial success to support the listing process and enhance value.

He holds numerous patents in areas like high-speed machining, advanced materials, and laser synthesis. His innovations have been licensed to major companies like General Motors and Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Turchan brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to MTIX.
A professional engineer with a long and successful background in developing, implementing and managing process innovation in FMCG applications, project management and large capital projects. Graham designed and brought to fruition the MLSE production system, bringing together and integrating elements from world leaders in their respective fields to create the technically advanced MLSE System.
